stress-free-cbdCBD for stress relief is currently more of a user by user issue. The scientific evidence for CBD’s ability to defeat stress and be a mood shifter is patchy at the moment. Some reports quote the National Institute on Drug Abuse, saying things look optimistic. The National Institute on Drug Abuse quote is as follows:

“CBD has shown therapeutic efficacy in a range of animal models of anxiety and stress, reducing both behavioral and physiological (e.g., heart rate) measures of stress and anxiety.”

Who hasn’t felt the daily grind one time or the other, feeling stressed out as the day goes along? Is taking CBD oil at least worth a shot on those days?  I started taking CBD from my wife’s suggestions; I contacted Endoca via their Web site, a CBD hemp oil company with an office in San Diego, USA.

They kindly sent me some of their Hemp Oil Drops, 300mg (Cannabidiol) (3%), which they recommend taking 1 drop twice a day. I decided to try it for a week. I didn’t notice much difference after a week but did elect to keep going with it.

Three weeks later, overall, I did feel better.  The relief wasn’t all stress; I also suffered from knee pain, which has now almost completely gone. WOW!  But is it due to life’s ebbs and flows? Time will tell as I am still using CBD oils.

So, how much of my improvement is to do with the hemp oil? I don’t know. I do know that I like the feeling I received from the hemp oil. What I don’t know, though, is whether that feeling is something I’ve conjured up in my hope that CBD oil will work, or whether it’s something that’s a direct consequence of taking the oil. Taking CBD for three months now and knee pain gone and overall feeling great. Without scientific studies who knows for sure about CBD and its effects on my specific situation.

Either way, I like the improvement.
